“But Denise, they are my thoughts, they must be true!!!”

Not necessarily, these are likely stories you have picked up a long the way, stories you have now committed to memory.

That doesn’t make them true, I promise!

Step 2 – Click on the workbook below, the purpose of this worksheet is to support you while you are working through your negative thought patterns. You can make a copy or print it out using it whenever a repetitive, habitual and automatic thought comes to the surface.

Simply identify the thought and complete the questions, this will allow you to see the TRUTH, stopping the negative experience and emotion in its tracks.

Step 3 – Comment below and let me know you’re ready to start addressing those negative thoughts. Share “I am not my thoughts” with me.

Keep in mind that this is going to take some time, be kind and compassionate with yourself, you’re in the process of unlearning a pattern.
