Ready to do this?

If so, keep on reading.

It’s so exhausting, living up to the standards and expectations of Supposed to Culture, eventually it takes it’s toll.

We get to the point where we just can’t take it anymore, where something has to give.

When enough is ENOUGH.

That’s the point when you’re READY to break up with Supposed to Culture once and for all.

And if you’re reading this right now, I have a feeling your intuition is speaking to you.

I have been talking a lot in the community about the method I use to support my clients, aptly named; The Journey to Worthiness.

And I am opening up a couple of 1:1 spots for this Spring, exciting!!!

An opportunity for us to work together and get you back in the drivers seat in your own life!

Here’s what you need to know…

This is a TRANSFORMATIONAL Journey to Worthiness for Exhausted Empaths who want to feel Empowered.

I have poured my heart and soul into the development of this program because I know, first hand, how difficult it can be to make change in your life.

When I take a minute a look back on my life and my story, what stands out the most is just how much Supposed to Culture has impacted me.

It’s been there, breathing down my neck for as long as I remember.

I never felt like I fit in, even in my small, white washed town. It was this relentless feeling that I was so different from everyone else, even the neighborhood kids.

Even at that young and tender age I was comparing myself to other people.

Longing for and wondering “What can’t I be like everyone else? Why do I have to be this outcast?”

It was so painfully uncomfortable, when you’re trying so hard to fit in but it just seems like nothing is working.

So, I get it

I have stood right where you’re standing in this moment, I have felt the pressure to be someone I wasn’t, to veer away from my authentic self and do whatever it took to FIT IN!

But do you know what happened?!?!?

The longer I spent doing what I thought I was “supposed to do,” the more I tried to fit into a box and follow the crowd, the WORSE I felt.

It left me feeling like:

?‍♀️I was living a life that wasn’t my own, it felt uncomfortable and anything but authentic.

?‍♀️ Perfectionism was king in my world, I became addicted to being a high-achiever, the bar couldn’t be set any higher. When I didn’t reach those standards I was the first person to beat myself up over it.

?‍♀️ I believed the “I’m not good enough” thoughts that ran rampant in my head.

?‍♀️ I was riddled with self-doubt and shame.

?‍♀️ I felt like I was a victim in my own life, that I had no control and wasn’t capable of change.

?‍♀️ My intuition was completely OFFLINE, I was living in a state of hypervigilance, afraid of what was around every corner.

And, because I am an empath and hypersensitive, the weight of this was enough to send me into a spiral of anxiety.

It pushed me to the breaking point, so much so, I found myself desperately seeking support.

In that moment I recognized that I needed to start my own Journey to Worthiness, I NEEDED to find a Therapist, it was the only way….

I want you to know I see you

I have been there myself and I want nothing more than to support you.

In fact, I am passionate about this journey because I know, once you break up with Supposed to Culture, it is an empowering experience.

All of a sudden there is room for YOU!

Wondering what the F Supposed to Culture is?!?! Allow me to introduce you to it.

Because IT’S the problem, not you.

To be honest, this is the EXACT reason I became an entrepreneur, I had no clue that I could create life on my own terms, that I could make massive changes.

This work changed all of that, I was able to see that all of my experiences had actually shaped who I was, who I was becoming.

I was no longer living in a victim mentality, I was stepping into the person I was meant to be.

That’s when my life started moving in a new and exciting direction, that’s when things really began to shift.

As I stand here today, looking back at all that I went through I can see that I was never truly the victim I thought I was, all I really had to do was get back in the drivers seat.

And here I am, sending your this love note, inviting you do embark on your own Journey to Worthiness.

I wanted to use my personal and professional experience to develop a unique program that focuses solely on “what comes next.”

A process that is gentle and compassionate, a collaboration that is enriching and powerful.

I created this Counselling Program to support women who have tried therapy before and left feeling worse instead of better.

Wanna know why I think that might be?

Perhaps is was because you didn’t feel SAFE enough to really be vulnerable, to go where you needed to go, to explore and begin to let go of Supposed to Culture.

This is something I take VERY SERIOUSLY in my work. The need for emotional safety, it’s everything in this therapeutic relationship.

You need to feel safe to be able to make progress, it’s up to me to create a space where that can happen.

?One where you can share openly, never worrying about judgement,

?One where you can say anything on your mind, without a filter.

? A place where you can truly be your authentic self, maybe for the first time in your life.

?Where seeking support means safely exploring the past and gaining new perspectives.

Here is what THE JOURNEY TO WORTHINESS includes:

  • Personalized Counselling Sessions unique to YOU, you are the expert in your own life, and I want to support you in getting where you want to go.
  • Strategies to access your inherent strengths, so you can stop wondering if you are good at anything and step into your own, personal power!
  • A clear and concise plan to determine how you want to show up in the world, redefiningwho you want to be and, most importantly, how you want to FEEL.

Gone are the days of wallowing in self-doubt, feeling unworthy and living in victim mentality.

It’s time to begin anew, embracing who you are, what you desire, and reconnecting to your purpose and worth.

You deserve everything
